Jason Zook is best known as the guy who made over $ 1,000,000 wearing t-shirts for a living and sale his last name (twice). Now he sells his future.
I fully admit that I subscribed to the noise mentality few years ago. You know where it led me? Stress. Indebted. Overweight. Completely satisfied with my company.

I had to stop working as I thought I should (and seen others do). I had to redefine what Hustling meant to me.
I tell you to stop working long hours?
Absolutely not. Most companies need a lot of overtime to achieve certain objectives and desired levels of success. But there must be a balance. You can not just continue to burn the candle at both ends and work until your fingers bleed (if you read this and bleeding, please call a doctor).
What I am advocating is thwarting the time you overwork with time underwork. I know exactly how it feels to see a long list of things to do. I know that the financial crisis feels. I know how it can feel to think that a few hours of hustle get you where you need to be.
You do not have to work like other people work
Listen, I love Gary Vaynerchuk much as the next contractor. I would even call a friend Gary. But this guy is playing at a different level than us. It also has huge teams of people to his side.
Gary can do what he does (constant noise) due to a number of factors behind the scenes. Oh, and we will also remember his DNA, he openly admits its own. Gary is the kind of guy who was wired for agitation since he was a small child.
You and I are not Gary Vaynerchuk. We must not aspire to work like him. We must find our own version of noise and work in a way that feels in harmony with who we are as people.
There are so many inspirational quotes on working hard and hustling and making sacrifices and blah blah blah. Yes, some of these things can be useful at times. But make sure you run your business (or your life) your way.
Just because you work 90 hours a week does not mean you will succeed. Even if you model your work out to someone else who is successful, there are too many other factors involved that you can not replicate.
Hustling still do not put money in your bank account
You can not pay your mortgage with a lot of work. You can not buy groceries with a few extra hours of effort. You're not going to be happy with your business (or life) if you are constantly working.
Hustling can provide the experience. It can help you learn lessons. It will open doors that might otherwise be closed. But again, we must shake in a way that makes you feel like you're not disperse you and go to an unhealthy place.
When you take a break noise, good things happen
Last year, I took a break from social media for 30 days. Meanwhile, I found a new sense of clarity about my personal values (and commercial). I slept better than I had in a long time. I began to appreciate more things in my life that were not on a digital screen. Oh, and I came up with a business idea that has grossed more than $ 40,000 in income. Not too bad.
With my last break, a break, I took to writing for the last eight weeks, I fell into what might be my idea biggest and craziest yet. You can learn more about "Galaxy project" Medium.
When you take a break from constantly working and constantly thinking, you allow the creative space and new ideas.
It is rare for someone to come with a great idea while taking a sleepless night or after 14 hours of watching a row computer screen. All my great ideas came at times when I am not myself working overtime. I just share two examples, and I could go. I never revolutionary ideas when I'm stressed to the max and more stimulated.
I believe in agitation, but I think also balance the agitation with rest. Listen to your body and mind. Take breaks. Enjoy life. Remember you are not obliged to work every hour of every day just because some people think it's a cool thing to do.
Take a moment to define what agitation for you, then shove this way.
We reached peak Porn Hustle. It seems if you are not working incredibly long hours, simply do not work hard enough on your idea. If you are not constantly "grinding" and "implement" then you are doomed to failure. Your company does not have enough money? You're not quite Hustling.
