Ah, Berlin. The town that bears its history on its sleeve, still allows ample space for a new culture to thrive. His creative scenes, technology companies and dance parties on the weekends time made headlines in recent articles vice, Fast Company and The New Yorker. All eyes seem to be on Berlin.
But do not let its atmosphere Brooklyn or Freikörperkultur (FKK) you get too relaxed. This is a city where few survive without a few bottles a day of caffeinated tea drink very, Club-Mate.
Do business with 5,000 people
Momentum by TNW is our technology event in New York for anyone interested to help their business grow.
We arrived just in time to spend a Sunday elusive Berghain club, before pouring into the streets a sweaty mess to watch the final match of the Cup of the world. A victory for Germany was a victory for everyone that night in the streets of Berlin.
After shaking our hangovers from champagne, I, along with my team of audience.io prepared for another case (start) season :. Tech Open Air Berlin
Tech Open Air, now in its third year, the coolest Europe technology conference. Founded by Niko Woischnik, the two-day event brings together thousands of curious minds in a culture "Open Air" which is only Berlin.
And unlike conferences such as Web Summit in Dublin, where speakers high prices are closed in a VIP room upstairs, Tech Open Air speakers mingle in the crowd, the tagless name-and eat the same links of sausage and arepas gluten free like everyone else.
notable speakers this year included Georg Petschnigg, CEO and co-founder of FiftyThree, Rameet Chawla and Ryan Matzner * Fueled by Mike North, host and producer of The Discovery Channel, and Danae Ringelmann, CCO and co founder of IndieGoGo.
He was at Tech Open Air, and in the days and nights around the big event, where we met with dozens of start- Berlin up. There were a handful of start-ups magical flying just under the radar with the promise of getting their names on the world map starting alongside local giants such as SoundCloud, EyeEm, Get Your Guide Wooga, Wunderlist and DeliveryHero.

in the same way that Snapchat lets you share temporary pictures, videos and messages with friends, TapTalk does so in a more intuitive, better designed, and (dare I say) more so adult-friendly.
the smartest design element is the fact that the faces of your friends are highlighted in red until they have been answered, causing a long fly picture message.
Although it may be just a flash in the pan for picture messaging applications, for at least this week, TapTalk is just our favorite visual way to say, "Hey!" (And yes, there Ashton Kutcher was even approved.)

In true fashion disruptive startup, tea mate gives sparkling history Club Maté industry a run for its money.
As the sun sets behind the Berlin Fernsehturm, as the television tower affectionately known as "Alex," the tech tireless city began packing her bags and leave; some house, some to Soho House for a workout, and others in bars, restaurants and clubs.
Berlin is a quiet town with an undercurrent raging energy. It is a city of serendipity, sand bars along the Spree, spritzers, house music and schnitzel. Far below the television tower Alex, there's even a spaceship, the hideout of a pirate, which some believe is as big as the city itself. Food, friends, the energy of the ecosystem, are sufficient to make a wish not to leave the city, but at least we will be back for more.
